Do you have the same difficult questions constantly on your mind? Are you often worried about relationships at home or at work? Do these problems keep you up at night? Are concerns about your health and well-being making life more complicated, or do you just need some support to make some changes in your life? I am here to help.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapeutic sessions activate resources and stimulate self-healing processes. It helps when something throws you off balance and troubles you in your everyday life, and causes you to have problems concentrating, sleeping or Eating.

Supervision/Coaching

When your professional work is the centre of your concerns you need to reflect on your own way of dealing with particular tasks. You may want to identify interfering aspects and find a creative response. Coaching helps to get your strengths organized in order to achieve particular goals. We aim at keeping things flowing or getting them back into balance again to enhance your well-being.

Online-Counselling

Would you like a specialist’s opinion on an important question? Go ahead and let me know. You can either send your request via my website (encrypted) or you write me a letter. After we have settled details and I have received your payment, I will send you my reflections on your topic and/or recommend an approach.

Margarethe Letzel

Since 1987, it has been a joy and a passion of mine to serve my clients in my own private practice as a psychotherapist FSP. During this time I have also worked as a trainer in Person-centred Counselling at the schweizerische Gesellschaft für den personenzentrierten Ansatz pcaSuisse pcasuisse.ch, and as a lecturer on communication for professionals in healthcare. From 1993 until 2014, I also answered readers‘ questions on personal problems and wrote weekly columns for the Swiss newspaper Coopzeitung.

One important topic of my work, coping with dreams, a major focus of my practical research during that time, has now led to a book: “Was macht der Eisbär in meinem Bett? Träume deuten und verstehen” (published by Nymphenburger, 2018). I have also been engaged as an assistant editor of Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapies (Journal of the WAPCEPC) as well as a peer-reviewer of the journal PERSON.
